It’s been a while since we have posted an Insta Life! Here is some from January to February.
I was not a fan of hummus until I became vegan. Now I love it! I was flipping through Raw and Simple and found this Red Bell Pepper Hummus recipe. The great thing is that I had ALL but one thing in my pantry and that one thing could be easily substituted. This recipe is not only vegan but also raw and naturally gluten free! This is my version of the Red Bell Pepper Hummus. Happy Tasty Tuesday everyone! (:

We have had the book Rapid Raw: Fast Live Food Recipes for a long long time. We love making recipes out of it and we finally whipped it out again to make this Raw Cauliflower Popcorn. We had cauliflower on hand because I wanted to make another recipe before we decided to do raw week. I was a little weary about having cauliflower raw but wow! this recipe is really delicious. The best part about this recipe is that 1) it is raw! and 2) it takes less than 10 minutes to make.
We love to read and some things that we have been really into is yoga! I got this list off of a few Yoga Teacher Training programs’ required reading lists. I cannot wait to dig in and read more about yoga philosophy and teachings. Check out what is on our Yoga Book List.
We are introducing a new series here at Live Towards Love called: Tangibles. Tangibles, if you do not know, are things you can touch, like a cup or a phone. Alternatively, “intangibles” are things you cannot touch like love and hope.
This series is basically items that we want, need, or have! We cannot wait to post more in this series. It is almost like a wishlist but with reasons why it is cool. We will be featuring everything - from yoga items to books to vegan food to awesome green companies.

This has been a long awaited post but I am finally posting it. It took so long to gather the information and get everything together! Getting a quality mat is important when practicing yoga. You do not want to be slipping or smelling harsh chemicals, right? Check out the entire chart comparison for yoga mats.
Happy Tasty Tuesday! We made this Raw Curry Sauce during raw week. I believe that you can easily heat this up and make a vegan/vegetarian version! This recipe is from Rapid Raw: Fast Live Food Recipes and is extremely easy (minus opening the coconut part) and fast. You can have this sauce with anything you feel that would pair well with it. We had it over blanched cauliflower and broccoli. We were weary (since we do not enjoy the two veggies raw), but we were pleasantly surprised.
